Eddie Marine has been the largest supplier of hatch actuators to the marine aftermarket for years. Our actuators are built specifically for marine use. The actuators are o-ring sealed and gasketed throughout for optimum moisture and corrosion resistance. All of these features add up to the best performing and longest lasting actuator available. This 18" actuator has 18" of stroke. It measures 25 1/4" for end to end in the fully closed position and 43 1/4" when fully opened. Actuators utilize a reversible motor and require a double pole, double throw switch to operate. We highly recommend the use of one our 302-33 forward/reverse relay boxes (sold separately) for faster, more reliable operation, especially in boat applications where long runs of wire are common place. The relay box also allows for the use of a single pole switch. These hatch actuator kits include the sleeves. Manufactured from stainless steel, these sleeves are available for our 18”hatch actuators. With a 2” inside diameter, the sleeves require a small amount of silicone to keep them in place. Available in a bright polished finish as well as a variety of Fusioncoat colors (specify when ordering).
